Neeraj Aggarwal

Neeraj Aggarwal has over two decades of experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Chair and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since July 1999. Areas of expertise include IT services, telecommunications and media, financial institutions, consumer markets, start-ups, digital transformation, and large-scale change initiatives. Prior to BCG, Neeraj worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Cadence Design Systems from January 1994 to May 1997. Neeraj holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
