Siva Kannan

Siva Kannan is a technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership, currently serving as Partner and Vice President of Engineering at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since December 2022 and at BCG Digital Ventures since August 2018. At BCG Digital Ventures, Siva Kannan leads venture teams in creating and scaling impactful products and platforms, while heading the engineering cohort on the West Coast. Previous roles include Chief Software Development Officer at Gem HQ, Vice President of Engineering at myDevices, and Vice President of Engineering at Phoenix Technologies, among others. Siva Kannan has also held senior management positions at Symantec and Microsoft, contributing to major product developments in the technology sector. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a Computer Science degree from the University of Madras.
