Paul Maiani, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager at BCH Mechanical, LLC since October 2020, Paul previously held roles at Barnes Group Inc. as Assembly Supervisor and Continuous Improvement Leader, and at FCA - North America as Operations Supervisor/Continuous Improvement Manager. Paul has expertise in World Class Manufacturing methodologies, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, employee development, and safety enhancement. Earlier experience includes serving as Workforce Manager and Customer Service Professional at Medical Mutual, as well as a Machinist in the United States Army Reserve.
