Greg O'Mallo has extensive experience in the field of employability and skills development, currently serving as Business Manager - Employability and Skills at BCHA since November 2015, where previous roles included Learning and Work Manager and Customer Engagement and Programme Manager. Prior to this, Greg O'Mallo worked as Direct Delivery Manager at Dorset Youth Association from June 2013 to November 2015, affecting the lives of approximately 6,000 children and young people annually through various development programs. Greg O'Mallo also held a temporary position as Project Coordinator at BCHA and was a Project Manager there from November 2007 to June 2012, both focused on delivering government initiatives to aid individuals in re-entering the workforce.
