Jay Flye

Jay Flye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic communications, client experience, and operations management. Currently serving as the Acting Director of Strategic Communications and Senior Manager of Client Experience at BCI since November 2019, Jay previously co-founded and held the position of Vice President of Operations at Lyceum Health from November 2010 to December 2018. Other notable roles include Principal at Piper Consulting, Vice President of Client Development at the Canadian Securities Institute, Managing Director of Business Development at Simvest Corporation, and Associate at Kearney. Jay began the professional career as a Leasing & Asset Manager at Humford Management Inc. and served as Assistant Dean of External Affairs at the Alberta School of Business. Jay holds an MBA in Management Consulting from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Alberta School of Business.
