Mehdi Aguejdad

Mehdi Aguejdad, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Software Engineer at High Tech Payment Systems. In 2007, they had roles at both Royal Air Maroc, where they worked in Treasury & Aircraft Financing, and Attijari bank, where they participated in the FX Desk Graduate program. From 2011 to 2016, Mehdi worked at National Bank of Canada as a Structured Credit Portfolio Chief Analyst, overseeing risk management for various desks. In 2017, they joined BCI as a Senior Analyst and later progressed to become an Associate Portfolio Manager and then a Principal. Currently, Mehdi holds the position of Senior Principal at BCI, where they manage the Global Partnership Portfolio and is responsible for investing and co-investing funds for clients.

Mehdi Aguejdad, CFA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Université Akhawayn. Mehdi further pursued a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Université Laval. In 2018, they attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Chicago, Illinois. Additionally, Mehdi Aguejdad obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in 2015.
