Zachary Grady, MBA

Zachary Grady, MBA has worked for three companies over the past fifteen years. In 2017, they became the Owner and Chief Sales Officer for SolarUp. Prior to that, they were the Sr Manager of Benefit Communications at Benefit Communication Insourcing from 2006 to 2017. In this role, they coordinated efficiency through process improvement, effective analytics and strong financial planning, and cultivated an environment-demonstrating commitment to community and mission of creating customers for life. Zachary also developed and implemented annual budgets, including area level P&Ls. From 2004 to 2006, they were the Sales Manager at Jack Boring's Dish Network, where they managed a sales team, created incentives, and started the first door to door sales team with the company.

Zachary Grady received their Bachelor's degree from Utah Valley University in 2004, then went on to study Biology at Brigham Young University and the University of Missouri-Kansas City, graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Missouri Western State University in 2008. Zachary then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baker University, graduating in 2012. Grady also holds a Health and Life Insurance License.
