Golam Masud

Golam Masud is a highly experienced civil engineer specializing in pavement and materials engineering, currently serving as a Senior Pavement and Materials Engineer at both Afghanistan and Sheladia Associates Inc. since June 2019. With extensive expertise gained from previous roles at BCL Associates Limited and Kocks Consult GmbH, Golam Masud has contributed to significant infrastructure projects, including the rehabilitation of major roads and bridges in Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and other regions. Notable projects include the Ayni-Panjakent-Uzbekistan Border Road and the Ganja Bypass in Azerbaijan, both funded by ADB.
