M.D. Jahidul Islam

Md Jahidul Islam is a Pavement Design Engineer specializing in foundation and geotechnical engineering at BCL Associates Limited since February 2022, involved in the Panguchi Bridge Construction Project for the Roads and Highways Department (RHD) of Bangladesh. Prior to this role, Md Jahidul Islam held positions including Civil Engineer on the Dhaka Outer Ring Road PPP Project and the Jhenaidah-Jashore Highway Improvement Project, demonstrating expertise in pavement design, estimation, and procurement. Additionally, Md Jahidul Islam gained experience as a Junior Geotechnical Engineer focusing on soil investigations for the RHD and as a Junior Materials Engineer with SMEC on the Greater Dhaka Sustainable Urban Transport Project. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, obtained in October 2018.
