Michael Nowak

Michael Nowak has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Michael currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at BCM One, where they oversee revenue generation, sales strategy, and sales integration for the company. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales at BCM One.

Before joining BCM One, Nowak was the Vice President of Sales at nexVortex for over a decade. During their time there, they implemented and executed sales strategies that led to 42 consecutive quarters of growth and earned the company recognition as one of the INC 5000 fastest growing private companies for nine years in a row. At Optimus Solutions IBM VAR, Nowak served as an Account Executive, and at IBM, they worked as a Sales Representative in the Printing Systems Division. In these roles, they gained experience in direct sales, prospecting, and selling to a variety of markets.
