Terry Conway

Terry Conway is a highly experienced radiological engineer with a strong background in radiation protection and ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles. Most recently, Terry held the position of Level 3 Radiological Engineer at BHI Westinghouse Systems from August 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included outage ALARA pre-planning and representing the radiation protection department in planning sessions. Prior roles include Senior Radiological Engineer positions at BHI and CDI, where Terry managed significant projects, including the Final PNPS ISFSI Campaign and served as the single point of contact for various stakeholders. With extensive experience dating back to 2009 at Nextera Nuclear and FPL Nuclear, Terry has consistently demonstrated expertise in pre-outage planning, dose estimation, and ALARA initiatives. Terry's education includes an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Wesley College and attendance at Valley Forge Military Academy & College.
