James Carmillet

James Carmillet is a seasoned professional in cost management, currently serving as the Director of Cost Management at Business Critical Solutions (BCS) since April 2021. BCS is an independent consultancy specializing in optimizing delivery and performance for business-critical operations across more than 30 countries. Prior to this role, James held leadership positions at Currie & Brown as Head of Cost Management and worked at Mace, Delron Services Ltd, and Cameron Consulting in various cost consultancy roles. James holds a Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying from London South Bank University and a Bachelor’s degree in Crime Scene Science from Teesside University.
