Jim Hart

Jim Hart is the CEO of BCS Integrated Solutions, a position they have held since April 2016. Prior to that, they were a Partner at EC Harris from December 1996 to April 2016, where they developed and led the Business Critical Systems team. The team specialized in the development management, project & cost management of mission critical facilities and infrastructure, and delivered over 30 data centres. Jim also led the M&E cost consultancy service stream at EC Harris.

From December 1994 to December 1995, Jim worked as a Senior M&E Surveyor at Northcroft, where they delivered M&E cost management at Canary Wharf for a major financial institution. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor at Bruce Shaw Partnership from December 1993 to December 1994, where they managed the roll out of systems upgrades for M&S.

Jim has also held the positions of Commercial Manager at MITIE from December 1996 to December 1997 and Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor at Faithful and Gould from June 1990 to December 1993.

Jim Hart studied Quantity Surveying at Anglia Ruskin University, graduating with a BSc.
