Erica Pickens

Erica Pickens, MBA has an extensive background in operations, underwriting, and marketing support. With experience at BCS Financial Corporation since March 2008, Erica currently holds the title of Director of Operations & Underwriting Intake, as well as Senior Stop Loss Underwriter, and previously held the role of Manager of Marketing Technical Support. Prior to their current role, Erica worked at WellPoint from November 2000 to March 2008 as an Underwriter and Senior Client Service Associate. Erica earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lewis University in 2007 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Robert Morris University - Illinois in 2005.
