Vbs Andrew Neslin

Andrew Neslin, VBS has over 15 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Andrew currently serves as the Head of Ancillary Benefits Solutions at BCS Financial Corporation. Prior to this, Andrew held the position of Voluntary Sales Vice President at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, from 2016 to 2023. Andrew also worked as the Voluntary Sales Manager at The Hartford from 2014 to 2016, where they managed the voluntary sales process for field offices nationwide. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at Colonial Life as a Regional Instructor, Agency Development Manager, and Territory Recruiter/Sales Agent. Andrew also owned their own insurance agency, Neslin Insurance, where they specialized in voluntary employee benefits. Additionally, Andrew gained experience as a Human Resources Analyst at Chattem, Inc. and as a Leave Specialist at Unum.

Andrew Neslin, VBS started their education journey in 2000 at Georgia State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Andrew attended the university for four years, completing their studies in 2004.

In 2004, Andrew furthered their education at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in I/O Psychology. Andrew attended the university for two years, completing their studies in 2006.
