Roy Broeren

Roy Broeren has a diverse work experience, starting from their current position as the Director of Customer Success at BCS HR Software. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) a.i. at the same company. Before joining BCS HR Software, Roy worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at COORPID, a SaaS scale-up focused on KYC sharing optimization. Roy also held various roles at ING, including Business Consultant and Operations Control Specialist. Additionally, they worked as a Project Lead at Schijvens Corporate Fashion, where they developed a tool to calculate fair cost prices and implemented a living wage for factory workers. Roy's work in this project earned him the Best Practice Award from the Fair Wear Foundation. Roy also has experience as a bartender at Tapperij de Saeck and served in different roles at Study Association Curius.

Roy Broeren obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategy and Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between the years 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Technische Bestuurskunde (Technology, Policy, and Management) from Delft University of Technology in 2015. Roy Broeren completed their secondary education at Gymnasium Beekvliet, focusing on Gymnasium, Natuur & Gezondheid. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications such as ACAMS Certified KYC Associate from ACAMS in 2022, Cursus Effectenbedrijf from NIBE-SVV Opleidingen in 2018, and Financial Markets Practitioner from TLM Goldman in 2018.
