Askar M.

Askar M. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Askar started their career in 2010 as an Application Developer at Dr. Sulaiman AL Habib Medical Group, where they extended, debugged, tested, and maintained the Health Care Information System. Askar also integrated the Main Pharmacy System with the inpatient Pharmacy and developed a web-based event management tool.

In 2011, Askar worked as a WEB/Application Consultant at Emaar, implementing the Dubai Marina Mall official website. Askar was responsible for the backend and mobile site development.

From 2011 to 2013, Askar served as a Senior Software Engineer at Inexis Consulting, working with a distributed, international team to develop .NET MVC solutions.

Askar joined Cemex HRM Software in 2013 as an Associate TechLead, building UI using various frameworks and acting as a Module Owner for one of the core modules in the CEMEX HRM System. Askar later became a TechLead and focused on completing the development of a new HRM application, migrating the existing application and database to a secure, scalable Microsoft Azure cloud solution, and designing a secure and scalable microservices architecture in the Azure cloud.

In 2019, Askar joined Aquip.io as a Lead Technical Specialist, where they led a group of 12 engineers in the design and development of .NET/Angular-based software solutions. Askar also collaborated with developers and performance engineers to enhance supportability and identify performance bottlenecks.

Currently, Askar works as a Solutions Architect at BCS Technology International Pty Ltd, starting in 2023.

Askar M.'s education history begins in 2003 when they attended NCC Education and obtained a National Certificate in Computing with a focus on Information Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Askar M. obtained a certification in Angular from TestDome in January 2021. Askar also obtained a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Web Applications certification from Microsoft in June 2018. Askar M. has additional certifications from Microsoft, including Azure DevOps Engineer, Designing and Implementing Database with MS SQL server 2000 Enterprise Edition, and Developing Web Application Development with Microsoft .NET Framework 4, but the specific dates of when these certifications were obtained are unknown.
