Robert Northfield

Robert Northfield is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in mixed-use design and planning. Currently serving as Principal of the Mixed Use, Planning and Vertical Design Studio at BCT Design Group since December 2013, Northfield leads a skilled team focused on creating authentic retail spaces and mixed-use districts. Prior to this role, Northfield was a Partner at Development Design Group Inc. for over 26 years, specializing in vertically integrated mixed-use retail destinations worldwide, while also contributing as a shareholder and past board member. Additionally, Northfield served as Community Harbormaster and board member for the Olde Severna Park Improvement Association from 2009 to 2013. Northfield holds a Professional Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Design from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 1982 and 1987.
