Teresa Wolfgang

Teresa Wolfgang, D.Mgt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Teresa began their career in the US Army, serving as a Colonel and achieving expertise in logistics, civil affairs, and change management. Teresa worked on international stages, positively influencing local populations and facilitating humanitarian efforts. Teresa also served as a Civil Affairs Planning Team Chief and Battalion Commander in Afghanistan, implementing significant change management initiatives.

After their military service, Teresa transitioned to the private sector, working as a Regional Revenue Manager at DaVita Kidney Care. Teresa led a team focused on organizational development and change management, driving departmental efficiency and fostering professional development. Eventually, they moved on to Axiologic Solutions LLC, where they served as an Enterprise Senior Technology Advisor, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams and shaping the Chief Information Officer's strategy.

Currently, Teresa is employed at BCT LLC, where they hold several roles. As Vice President of Defense Intelligence Programs, they oversee strategic initiatives in the defense sector. Teresa has also served as Deputy Program Manager and Director of Defense Intelligence Programs, highlighting their leadership skills and expertise in the field. Additionally, they work as a Senior IT Strategy and Organizational Change Manager Consultant, assisting the CIO Strategic Management Team in defining and updating strategies.

Throughout their career, Teresa has demonstrated a strong background in change management, strategic planning, and leadership, making their a valuable asset in driving organizational success.

Teresa Wolfgang, D.Mgt, has a strong educational background. Teresa obtained their Doctor of Management degree in Strategic Leadership from Thomas Jefferson University from 2017 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public/Organizational Management from Villanova University between 2012 and 2015. Teresa also completed a Graduate Certificate in NonProfit Management from Villanova University from 2012 to 2014. Their education journey started with a Master's of Science in Management from Troy University, which they completed from 1997 to 1999. Teresa holds a BA in Sociology from Methodist University. In addition to their degrees, Teresa has several certifications, including a Social and Behavioral Research Certification and a Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research Certification from CITI Program. Teresa also obtained a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner designation from Prosci, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, and a Six Sigma GreenBelt certification from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, amongst others.
