James Nolley

James Nolley has over 25 years of work experience. James began their career in 1994 at Dow Jones as Manager, Staffing and Development. James then moved to JP Morgan in 1997 as Associate – Human Resources, followed by Credit Suisse First in 1998 as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources. In 1999, they joined Deutsche Bank as Vice President - Human Resources Generalist, and then moved to JPMorgan Chase in 2004 as Consultant - Resource Manager. In 2005, they joined Swissre, Financial Products as Vice President. In 2010, they became Director, Human Resources at Newark Preschool Council. In 2012, they joined Covenent Business Concepts as Senior HR Consultant. In 2014, they joined Riyad Bank as Senior Vice President Human Resources. Most recently, in 2021, they joined BCT Partners as Program Director, Diversity & Inclusion.

James Nolley obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 1987. James also holds a certification in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) from CPP, Inc., which they obtained in November 2013.
