Lance Nobles, CCIM, currently serves as the Director of Commercial Real Estate Lending and Virginia Community Bank Executive at BCT-The Community's Bank since April 2019. In addition to this role, Lance Nobles has been the President of Pelican Property Group since August 2014, specializing in real estate buying, selling, investing, and consulting. Previous positions include Market President and Senior Vice President & Regional Lending Executive at FVCbank, Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Chain Bridge Bank, N.A., and VP - Sr Business Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo. Lance Nobles began a career in banking as Vice President - Commercial Loan Officer at b1BANK and held the position of Sr. Commercial Credit Analyst at Regions Bank. Education includes an MBA from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the same institution, complemented by attendance at Hattiesburg High School.
