Zachary Rollins

Zachary Rollins, CSM, currently serves as the Deposit Operations Manager at BCT-The Community's Bank since January 2024. Previously, Zachary held roles at Navy Federal Credit Union from December 2015 to December 2023, including Contact Center Supervisor and Assistant Branch Manager, where responsibilities included managing cash operations, processing transactions, and overseeing branch activities. Zachary was selected to open Navy Federal's first cashless concept branch and focused on member education. Earlier experience includes positions such as Senior Member Service Representative and Member Service Representative III, where Zachary managed daily operations and provided member assistance. Prior to this, Zachary was a Commercial Bank Teller at The Heritage Bank from July 2013 to December 2015, delivering customer service and support. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Columbia College, completed in 2018.
