Sipho Radebe

Sipho Radebe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sipho began their career at South West Gauteng College as a Senior Computer Technician from August 2006 to May 2007. Sipho then moved on to the Mpumalanga Department of Education, where they worked as an Educator from July 2007 to August 2008. Sipho then transitioned into the IT field, joining T-Systems South Africa in October 2008. Here, they held various roles, including Shift Leader and Team Leader, where they gained over 10 years of experience in IT Service Management and IT Process Management. In 2015, Sipho joined BCX as an Information Technology Team Lead, a role they still hold.

Sipho Radebe attended Phenduka High School but did not obtain any specific degree or field of study. In terms of additional certifications, Sipho obtained various IT-related certifications such as AgilePM® Foundation, ITIL V4 Foundation, Service Integration and Management (SIAM™) Foundation, ITIL Expert Managing Across the Lifecycle (ITIL-MALC), MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure - Certified 2016, and MCSA: Windows Server 2012.
