Tracy-Lee Smit

Tracy-Lee Smit has extensive experience in information technology administration, having worked at BCX since October 1996, where roles have included Information Technology Administrator, Senior Technology Administrator, and Change Agent. Responsibilities have encompassed HR administration, creating time and expenses in SAP, training administration, and office management. Notably, Tracy-Lee has played a key role in facilitating the relocation of BCX staff to a new headquarters in Centurion, handling tasks such as data compilation for a master mover database and assisting with IT equipment logistics. Tracy-Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology and an Honours Degree in the same field from the University of South Africa, alongside a Matric from Sutherland High School.
