Annette Rodriguez, SHRM-CP, has a comprehensive background in talent acquisition and healthcare recruitment. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at BDA, LLC since October 2022, Annette previously held positions at Microsoft as an One Engineering Events Recruiter, V2 Strategic Advisors as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Weatherby Healthcare as a Healthcare Recruiter. Early in the career, Annette worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant at XL Physical Therapy and as an Assistant Clinical Director at One to One Physical Therapy & Aquatics. Annette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Technician/Assistant from Broward College.
