Lynn Sanders

Lynn Sanders is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent operations and project management. Since July 2016, Lynn has served as Head of Special Projects and Director of Recruiting at BDA, LLC, overseeing global recruitment initiatives and promoting effective integration of new hires. Prior experience includes roles at OLSA Resources, Inc. as Recruiting Director and Lead Recruiter, where Lynn managed national recruiting efforts and guided a team of ten recruiters. Earlier career highlights feature entrepreneurial endeavors, including the establishment of a real estate investment company, coupled with a Master Certification in NLP-Neuro-Linguistics Programming. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
