Valerie Stepanova

Valerie Stepanova is a seasoned fashion writer currently contributing to Bustle Digital Group as a Fashion Writer for TZR since March 2021 and to V Magazine | VMAN, LLC as a Contributor since September 2019. Responsibilities include conducting photo research, fact-checking, managing content archives, providing ongoing fashion news coverage, pitching stories, and conducting interviews. Previously, Valerie served as a Newscast Writer, Producer, and Anchor for NYU Now, where daily news stories were produced, and weekly newscasts were managed. Additional experience includes a Web and Editorial Internship at Flaunt Magazine, where story writing and interview transcriptions were key duties, and a role as a Culture Writer at Washington Square News, focusing on a variety of articles. Valerie holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and French from New York University and participated in the Pre-Baccalaureate Program in Writing and Philosophy at Brown University.
