Rachael Neal

Rachael Neal currently serves as the BDI Academy Support Executive at BDI since April 2023. Prior to this role, Rachael served as the Development Director at Gateway Mission from June 2006 to April 2023, overseeing fundraising, marketing, volunteer management, design, and social media efforts. Rachael also held the position of Associate Director at Holland Rescue Mission from October 2017 to August 2018 and worked as a Special Events Assistant at Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce from June 2004 to July 2006, assisting the Vice President of Special Events. Rachael began their professional career as a Human Resources Assistant at Moody Bible Institute from March 2002 to June 2004, where responsibilities included resume preparation, interviews, and data management. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Ministries from Moody Bible Institute between 2001 and 2004, after completing one year of general education courses at Grand Valley State University in 2000-2001.
