Pratyush Kotturu, Ph.D. has had a varied and impressive career. In 2004, they began their career as a Project Manager for Swecha. In 2006, they became the Chief Technology Officer for VIDAL- Villages in Development and Learning Foundation. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Graduate Assistant and Research Assistant for Texas A&M University-Commerce. Pratyush then worked as a Graduate Research Assistant for Texas A&M University-Commerce from 2009 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Senior Manager, Machine Learning and Cloud Platforms for American Express. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Programmer Analyst - Senior Level for IPolarity LLC. In 2019, they became the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, and Vice President, Head of Platform Solutions & Governance for BDIPlus. Since 2020, they have been an Industrial Advisory Board Member - Computer Science for Texas A&M University-Commerce. Additionally, they are currently the Director, Product Engineering and Management for BDIPlus, leading Engineering and Product teams across the US and India with a touch of Data Science and Dev-Ops including Augmented Analytics and Micro Services.

Pratyush Kotturu began their educational journey in 2000 when they attended Gowtham Junior College Vijayawada, where they completed their 12th Grade in the field of MPC. In 2002, they enrolled at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and obtained a B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering in 2006. Pratyush then attended Texas A&M University-Commerce where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science in 2009, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology (Cognitive Science) in 2014. In addition to their formal education, Pratyush Kotturu has obtained several certifications, including AWS Technical Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2020, How to use user testing to create great digital products and User Experience Design Fundamentals from Udemy in 2015, and Power Searching with Google from Google in 2012.
