Sameh Montasser

Sameh Montasser has a diverse work experience starting from 2005 to present. Sameh began their career at RAYA Holding as the Vice President of Strategic Investments & Corporate Communications. In 2007, they joined Verizon Business as the Regional Manager for North Africa. Following this, they worked as the Vice Chairman and head of the Executive committee at Eitesal (Association). In 2007, they founded Advanced Corporate Solutions (ACS) and served as the Chairman & CEO until 2013. Montasser then worked as an Advisor to the Minister of Finance for Information Technology at the Ministry of Finance from 2016 to 2019. From 2008 to 2021, they were the CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at BDO Esnad, an outsourcing company. Currently, they hold the position of Chairman at MID Bank for Consumer Finance "MID Takseet" and MID Bank for Consumer Finance. Montasser's work experience highlights their expertise in roles such as strategic planning, digital transformation, consulting, and corporate communications.

Sameh Montasser obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering from The American University in Cairo from 1974 to 1979. Later, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from The American University in Cairo from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Director from EIOD in June 2008.
