Ieva Nikžentaitienė

Ieva Nikžentaitienė currently serves as the Head of Operations at BDO auditas ir apskaita, UAB, since April 2017, where responsibilities include enforcing company standards, overseeing administrative functions, succeeding the CEO, and collaborating on marketing strategies for growth. Previously, Ieva held the position of Human Resources Manager, handling hiring, planning, onboarding, and developing workplace culture, as well as working as an Administrator, managing communication, office supplies, information organization, staff support, and travel arrangements. Additionally, Ieva gained experience as a Project Manager at VšĮ Terrapublica from December 2015 to June 2016. Ieva holds a Bachelor's degree in Lithuanian Philology and Advertising from Vilnius University, completed between 2011 and 2015.
