Diana Voicu

Diana Voicu has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at BDO Romania since March 2013, where responsibilities include co-designing organizational plans and leading core competencies development in the Learning & Development practice area. Prior to this role, Diana held positions such as Senior HR Consultant at BDO Romania, Organizational Development Advisor at VP Holding Management System, and HR Specialist at QUALITANCE, focusing on recruitment, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Studies with a focus on Training of Trainers from the University of Bucharest and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Diana also holds a CIPD certification, completed in 2018.
