Nandunee Keerpah

Nandunee Keerpah is a Senior Service Desk Analyst at BDO Solutions since October 2019, providing direct customer support, guiding Help Desk Analysts, training new personnel, performing quality checks, maintaining Knowledge Base Articles, and offering proactive remote support.
