Albert Lopez

Albert Lopez has more than 36 years of experience in public accounting and as an international consulting partner to Latin America. He works closely with his clients' management teams on general business issues and planning. He is involved in all phases of accounting and auditing, mergers, consolidations, and reorganizations. His industry experience includes real estate, construction, distribution, technology, communications and nonprofits.

Albert has extensive technical experience with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and regulations and annual 10-K filing requirements. He has taken numerous companies public, including foreign companies raising capital in the United States, and he consults with clients on both mergers and consolidations.
