Jennifer Shearer

Jennifer Shearer has extensive experience in human capital management, having worked at BDO USA since 2007 in various roles, including People and Culture Resource Center Team Lead and Human Capital Generalist. Prior to BDO USA, Jennifer served as a People Services Representative at Dentsu, Young and Rubicam from 2004 to 2007. Jennifer's educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Santa Ana College, attained from 1992 to 1995.
