Mark Hill Malooly

Mark Hill Malooly is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in advisory roles, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the TAS Tax Principal at BDO USA since August 2019, Mark previously held the position of M&A Tax Managing Director at KPMG LLP from October 2012 to June 2019. Additional roles include Adjunct Instructor in Corporate Taxation at American University and various positions at KPMG, where Mark progressed from M&A Tax Senior Associate to Senior Manager. Mark began the professional journey as an Attorney at Banks Shelton Malooly & Reecer LLP, where advisory on tax matters and estate planning was provided.
