Scott Ashworth

Scott Ashworth serves as a Tax Principal and Managing Director at BDO USA since May 2017. Previously, Scott held the position of Tax Director at GE Energy Connections from June 2012 to May 2017, leading global tax planning and compliance for the organization. Prior to GE Energy Connections, Scott worked at Intersil Corporation in various roles, including Corporate Treasurer and Director of Finance, where oversight of global tax functions and financial reporting was critical. Early career experiences included positions at Priority Healthcare Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Hughes Supply, and the United States Army as a Logistics Manager. Scott holds an MS in Taxation from the University of Central Florida and a BSBA in Finance from Houghton University.
