Ilse van der Heijden

Ilse van der Heijden currently serves as Manager R&D Commercial Solutions and Manager Architecture Digital & Controls at BDR Thermea Group since January 2021. Previously, Ilse held various roles at KPN from April 2014 to December 2020, including Chief Product Owner, Strategic Advisor at CTO, and CTO theme lead Communication Services, focusing on the long-term vision for Communication Services and innovation within ecosystems. Ilse also managed the architecture of tech infrastructure as Manager Architecture Service Platforms and started as a Young Talent and Product Manager for mobile messaging services. Prior experience includes an Associate position at The Boston Consulting Group and research as a Graduate student at Eindhoven University of Technology. Ilse holds an MSc and BSc in Applied Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology, an exchange degree in Physics from Sogang University, and completed VWO at Elzendaalcollege Boxmeer.
