Luigi La Morgia

Luigi La Morgia (born 1975) was appointed COO in May 2023. He previously held senior positions in operations and supply chain at large multinationals, including Whirlpool, Fiat Powertrain and Ducati. Luigi holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bologna and an MBA from the IE Business School, Madrid.
