Nira Zimels

Nira Zimels is an experienced leader in employment services and nonprofit management, currently serving as Co-Chairman of the Young Adults Employment Forum since January 2022 and CEO of Be-Atzmi since June 2019, where the organization focuses on integrating disadvantaged populations into sustainable employment. Previously, Nira held the position of VP of Customer Relationship & Service at the Israeli Employment Service, overseeing the matchmaking of job seekers with vacancies and assisting approximately 30,000 individuals daily. Nira has also served as Managing Director for Manpower Professional and Manpower Bereshit, contributing to the recruitment sector and creating job opportunities for various communities. Educational credentials include an MBA from Bar-Ilan University and executive training from Harvard University.
