Cleo Isaacs

Cleo Isaacs has worked in the biopharmaceutical industry since 2012. In 2012, they were a Research Technician at Northeastern University. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in roles such as Research Associate III, RNA Therapeutics Unit and Research Associate II, RNA Therapeutics Unit. During this time, they established a histology platform, imaging capabilities, and developed and validated imaging based assays for high throughput drug candidate screening. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at bluebird bio in roles such as Senior Manager, Portfolio & Program Management, Manager, Portfolio & Program Management, Associate Manager, Oncology Research Operations, Sr. Associate Scientist II, Oncology Research | Target ID and Validation, and Sr. Associate Scientist I, Oncology Research | Target ID and Validation. Currently, they are employed at Be Biopharma as an Associate Director and Senior Manager, Program & Project Management.

Cleo Isaacs obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the University of Connecticut between 2006 and 2010. Cleo then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) in Zoology/Animal Biology from Oklahoma State University between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, Cleo Isaacs has obtained certifications in the 37th Annual Cytometery Course at Bowdoin College and the BD FACS ARIA II and III Operator Training Course.
