Louise Elliott has a wealth of experience in customer operations, business development, and transformation. Louise began their career in 1997 as a Customer Services & Sales Representative at Lombard. In 2000, they joined NTL:TELEWEST Business as a Business Project Manager, Business Customer Relations Manager, Business Technical Support Manager, and Customer Relations Representative. In 2009, they became the Head of Network Expansion - Wayleave and Community at Virgin Media, where they provided leadership and direction to collaborate and legislate on overcoming telecoms industry challenges. Louise also established and developed a new 'Community Team' that developed local consultation meetings with residents and local authorities. In 2017, they took on the role of Director of Operations at Magna Media, where they were an interim leader and business consultant specialising in business development and transformation. In 2018, they became the Head of Operations at Meetupcall Conference Call Services. In 2019, they were the Head of Customer at Origin Broadband. Currently, they are the Chief Customer & Operations Officer at Digital Infrastructure and Be Fibre.

Louise Elliott attended Wickersley Comprehensive from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained their GCSE.
