Melvin Pastora

Melvin Pastora has a diverse work experience in marketing and graphics, with a focus on leading teams and designing creative materials. Melvin started their career as a Graphic Designer at Pharaohs Casino in 2003 and later became an Art Director. Melvin then worked as a Marketing Manager at CONICO in Nicaragua and as a Graphic Designer at Kihada Works Design. In 2010, Melvin served as a Senior Graphic Designer at The German Advertising Advantage before transitioning to Kihada Advertising as a Graphic & Web Designer. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Indigena Solutions LP as a Senior Creative Services Team Lead, managing projects for multinational companies. In 2017, they joined BE Power Equipment and then moved to Barnes in 2020, where they currently hold the position of Marketing and Graphics Team Lead. Melvin's work experience demonstrates their expertise in leading teams, developing high-quality designs, and upholding brand standards.

Melvin Pastora completed their Bachelor of Computer Systems degree from Universidad Iberoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología in 2010. Melvin also obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from UNICIT between 2000 and 2004. In addition, they pursued studies in Graphic Design at the Latin American Computer Institute from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended La Salle High School from 1985 to 1997.
