María Florencia Yamin

Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in organic products, compliance, and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experiences include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practice as a nutritionist in a private consulting setting from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching roles at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, specializing in applied mathematics and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
