Caitlin Kearney

Caitlin Kearney is an experienced Senior Talent Manager currently with The Digital Dept. since July 2023, having previously held the same title at Shine Talent Group from May 2020 to July 2023. Kearney began a career in talent management after serving as a Talent Manager and Sales Associate at Alice & Wonder, where responsibilities included merchandise display design and client styling. Kearney's experience extends to roles as Associate Account Executive for Influencer Brand Partnerships at Skirt PR and as Brand and Influencer Consultant at EVEREVE, focusing on personalized lifestyle brand strategies. Earlier career stages included a Digital Marketing and Production Internship at FLIRT Communications, LLC, and a Social Media and Content Coordinator Internship at Erika Dellatorre Media. Kearney holds a degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University, complemented by earlier education at Prairie State College.
