Mourad Sellami

Mourad Sellami currently serves as the Directeur exécutif at be-softilys Tunisie since April 2023. Previously, Mourad held several key roles at Sopra HR Software from January 2014 to April 2023, including Directeur des opérations and Outsourcing Manager. Prior experience includes Outsourcing Delivery Manager at HR Access Solution from June 2011 to December 2013, where project outsourcing was piloted and implemented in an international setting. Additionally, Mourad played various leadership roles at HR Access Solutions between April 2005 and 2013, as well as Project Manager at IBM from January 2001 to March 2005, and Consultant at IBM France from September 1998 to December 1999. Mourad's educational background includes a Master Spécialisé in Systèmes Informatiques Ouverts from Ecole centrale de Paris, an Executive MBA from Mediterranean School of Business MSB, and an Ingénieur degree in Signaux et Systèmes from Ecole Polytechnique de Tunisie.
