Beata Kovacikova

Beata Kovacikova has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR management, organizational development, and HR digitalization. Beata has held positions at various companies, including BE-terna as Chief People Officer, Greiner AG as Head of Strategic HR Management, and Atos as HR Director and HR Vice President. Beata has also worked for Siemens, where they served in various HR roles, including HR Senior Business Partner, HR Manager, and HR Director. Throughout their career, they have been involved in M&A activities, post-merger integrations, and the transformation of HR functions.

Beata Kovacikova has completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources at the University of Regensburg in Germany. Beata also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Economics Bratislava in Slovakia. In addition, they obtained a Coaching Certificate from the IRBW Institut für Relationale Beratung und Weiterbildung in 2010.
