Katie Booth is an experienced professional in operations, strategy, and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Innovation Lab at Be the Business since May 2024. Previously, Katie held the position of Director of Operations & Strategy at The Difference from March 2023 to March 2024 and served as Managing Director (CEO) and Director of Programmes at AccessEd NGO from January 2020 to December 2022. With a robust background in strategy and project management at The Challenge and Virtuagym, Katie has contributed to significant publications on integrating climate change commitments into national development planning.
