Dr. Jörg Dalhöfer

JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, is an accomplished Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022, with a diverse background in education and social work. Prather has served as an Education Consultant at The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013, and held roles as Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University from August 2018 to December 2022, and Contributing Professor at Walden University from March 2018 to July 2021. With prior experience as a Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Tarleton State University and Ohio Dominican University, as well as a Graduate Research Assistant and MSW Social Work Field Liaison at The Ohio State University, Prather also worked as a School Social Worker for Columbus City Schools and Reynoldsburg City School District. An early career involved a Clinical Social Work Internship at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. Prather holds a PhD in Social Work, a Master’s degree in Social Work, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and African & African-American Studies, all obtained from The Ohio State University.
