Donna Wright is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Beach Energy Ltd since April 2023, Donna has previously held significant positions such as Chief People Officer at ACNA and Head of People & Culture at Ryderwear. With a strong foundation in human resources management, Donna has also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Detmold Group, Group Manager at Hills Limited, and National Human Resources Advisor at HPS Pharmacies. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from the University of South Australia and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from TAFE SA, complemented by coaching certifications.
